The XUV 7XO was brand new and had hardly been driven. Just a week after delivery, the owner noticed swirl marks and hairline scratches appearing on the paint. The vehicle was being cleaned regularly, but within a week, the paint was already getting affected. That was when he started looking into PPF - not just to address the immediate problem, but to protect the car for the years he planned to keep it.

The team first carried out thorough decontamination and a detailed paint inspection to understand the condition of the surface. The existing swirl marks and hairline scratches were then addressed through paint correction and polishing, preparing the paint before the PPF application.
Once the paint was corrected, Saint-Gobain Sapphire Plus PPF was applied across all the exterior painted surfaces of the XUV 7XO.
The product unrolling was also shown to the customer, allowing him to see the product being used on his vehicle.
The customer also received complimentary ceramic coating for the glass, alloy wheels and plastics. Once the installation was complete, Fortify provided maintenance instructions, including recommendations for shampoo and microfiber cloth, to help the customer maintain the PPF properly for a longer run.
After 10 to 15 days, the customer returned for a mandatory PPF inspection. During the visit, the vehicle was washed and the PPF was thoroughly inspected after the curing period. This allowed the team to check the film once it had settled and ensure the installation remained in good condition.
09 The Final Outcome
Following the paint correction, PPF application, and post-installation inspection, the XUV 7XO was returned to the customer, with the exterior painted surfaces protected by Saint-Gobain Sapphire Plus PPF.
